For breakfast, my kid likes his fried eggs sunny side up. But for the longest time, I wasn’t ever able to make them without destroying the yolks or frying the shizz out of them. Then, a few years ago, while we were in Nebraska visiting the boy’s grandparents, I learned the Secret to Perfect Sunny Side Up Eggs from the boy’s grandpa Bernie.
